| To guarantee your reservation we require a bank deposit or electronic transfer via internet. 50% of the total due is required and the remaining 50% is payable during your stay. For stays of one night only 100% of the amount payable is required. (We are not able to accept credit or debit cards). Your deposit guarantees your reservation and is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. A 1O-day cancellation notice is required for return of a deposit, less a $400(Mexican pesos) processing fee. With less than a 1O-day notice, your deposit will be returned only if the room is subsequently booked. There is no exception to this policy. *In case of "no-show" for the first night of your stay, that night will be charged and is nonrefundable. The following nights of your reservation will also be automatically cancelled. |
